Absolutely. Every mug design starts as an original watercolour painting, every bandana is sewn by hand, every resin holder is poured and polished individually, and every crochet animal is stitched with love. No mass production — just one pair of hands (and two curious lurcher's supervising).

• Mugs: Dishwasher safe on the top rack, but handwashing keeps them looking their best.
• Bandanas: Machine wash on a gentle cycle and air dry — no tumble dryers, please.
